Balik Salmon



I've got this lovely Balik Sjomga salmon fillet sitting in my fridge, waiting to be enjoyed. It's lightly smoked before being marinated with ginger, honey and orange.

I was lucky to try some of this in the Caviar House and Prunier Restaurant on Piccadilly, central London as part of a tasting plate and I'm even luckier to have more to try at home.
